Your 1hr 30mins of tranquility will begin with a balancing and relaxing treatment of Hopi Ear Candle. This relaxing technique is benefi cial for calming and balancing your system in preparation for 30mins of Reiki healing. Reiki is an ancient form of healing using Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki is a very non-invasive technique that works on the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical aspects of illness and disease. This deeply relaxing session will be rounded off with 30mins of Holistic Massage leaving you feeling peaceful, nurtured and refreshed.

Your 2hrs will begin with a full signature massage that will focus on the individuals specifi c areas of stress and tension. The therapist will provide you with the comfort, warmth and reassurance of touch that can improve the body’s well being by stimulating its own natural healing abilities giving a sense of balance.
